In PBN H+K Strategies’ Moscow-based Government & Public Affairs team, Dominic provides strategic counsel to clients across a number of sectors. He advises on Russian political decision-making, crisis management, regulatory developments and alignment of business strategy with government priorities. Heading up PBN H+K Strategies’ Public Affairs offerings, he helps clients to adapt their business and communications to bring them into line with those of other stakeholders and wider public policy priorities. He also regularly contributes to trainings and projects in PBN H+K’s other markets.
Since joining the firm in 2013, Dominic’s clients have included: Activision, Airbnb, Amsted Rail, ArcelorMittal, Castorama, Duracell, Facebook, Gilead, IKEA, Janssen, Moscow-based diplomatic missions, Metro Cash & Carry, Nike, Philips Lighting, the Russian Copper Company, Sanofi Pasteur, Servier, Statoil, Tetra Pak, TikTok, Tinkoff Bank, UKTI, Visa and the Azerbaijan Tourism Board.
Before joining PBN H+K, Dominic worked as a political analyst at EDF’s Moscow bureau for six months under an Alfa Bank bursary. He was previously Junior Research Fellow at the Russia/NIS Centre of IFRI, the French Institute of International Relations. He also lectured on Eastern European politics at Sciences Po-Paris and contributed to the national and international press.
Dominic has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sheffield in French & History, and a Master’s degree in International Relations from King’s College London. He speaks English, French and Russian.
